Magic of winter

Advent in the South Tyrol is a romantic time, not to be missed. Concerts by local choirs, bands and solo artists, enchanting exhibitions of nativity scenes (like the superb historical collection in the Diocesan Museum in Bressanone), the famous traditional Christmas markets – these are some of the magical experiences of the season. At the markets you'll find an endless variety of handmade works by local craftsmen to take home as gifts for family and friends. Another unforgettable experience is a romantic horse-drawn sleigh-ride through the snowy landscape.
